All opening times and timetables for the cable cars and cogwheel train on Zugspitze. The times listed also apply to public holidays (e.g. Christmas or New Year).
During the listed maintenance times the corresponding cable car is completely closed (the first and last day of maintenance is stated). Inspection times may be subject to change at short notice (e.g. due to bad weather).
Zugspitze will be completely closed during the following periods: 09.–13.11., 16.–20.11. and 23.–26.11.2026.
The ski season at Zugspitze is expected to run from 27.11.2026 to 02.05.2027.
